YOUR FOUNDATION AT WORK
The Pickett's Mill Elementary School Foundation (PMESF) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, established in 2009, dedicated to providing enhanced educational opportunities that otherwise would not be a part of the Pickett's Mill Elementary School instructional program. Educational opportunities like the STEM lab, math lab, as well as character building programs like "Leader in Me" and "7 Habits," can only be funded through Foundation efforts.
We are organized exclusively for providing resources beyond the scope of traditionally supported programs. Those programs are not provided by Cobb County School District or the PTA and benefit ALL of our Pickett's Mill students. Thanks to the tireless work of Foundation board members and generous donations from parents, PMES students receive curriculum, programs and access educational resources above and beyond the standard in Cobb County Schools.
STEM + READING = STUDENT SUCCESS
